This is my Emma Bridgewater chicken! No, I don't keep any money under here, just lots of receipts!
This little rooster usually sits on the doorstep but as a treat I brought him in to protect him against the elements.
Thank you to Barb over at Bella Vista for letting me take part at such a late stage and for hosting .
Oh Susie!!! I ADORE both of your feathered friends!!! ADORE.
ReplyDeleteThat bowl - - - to die for!
Love your Emma Bridgewater chicken - I have my mother's old plain white one that I bought her years ago when I was a child and kept when we cleared her house. Like your cute little doorstep rooster, too:)

Hi Susie, Your roosters are adorable, but I just LOVE your house and your flowers are spectacular! I see you are doing some renovation - good luck!

ReplyDeleteLove your roosters, Susie! I'm so mad, I forgot about this party. Me, who collects roosters! Such a disgrace!
ReplyDeleteBoth of your roosters are so cute! I am especially partial to the second one~ it's so sweet! :) I wanted also to say thank you for stopping by my blog and saying hello! I will be by again to visit for sure! :) Oh and the picture of the house and garden that is your blog banner is so beautiful~ I am assuming that is your home, and think it's amazing! The house is so wonderful and quaint looking, like some of the houses on the East Coast here. I love it! :) Have a great night! :)
ReplyDeleteHi there Susie, just popping over to say hello hello!
ReplyDeleteMy Bridgewater chicken is nestling on top of a cakestand and being overshadowed by a random arrangement of mismatched late roses! I feel a bit mean now and I promise to take a duster to him and reposition!
Have a lovely week, Sarah x
